Chad Beldon, Regional Vice President, currently heads the Direct to Consumer division within Homeside Financial. Chad has over 13 years of upper level executive management experience inclusive of: Branch Manager, Regional, and Vice President positions. Chad has accumulated the following experience over his 13 year tenure: Experience in building and maintaining goal oriented, competitive, team environments. Successful track record of building, leading, & managing regional/ divisional groups that consist of 100+ sales associates, AVP's, assistant branch managers, and operational support staff to record breaking growth and production. Experience in designing, managing, spearheading, and launching a wide array of state specific and national lead campaigns including direct mail, internet, data, and trigger leads for inbound call center environments. Relevant marketing experience in building company brands locally and nationally, increasing brand awareness, SEO, and personal branding. Extensive experience in business development including full cycle recruiting, interviewing, candidate sourcing, sales training, and creation of strategic sales methodology.

Chad is a graduate of The Ohio State University majoring finance and economics. He also holds multiple business and management related certifications through Coursera from University of Pennsylvania: The Wharton School and University of Maryland as well as professional certifications from the Dale Carnegie Institute.
